Waag Futurelab๐ ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ฌ Wat een avontuur was het: De Do-It-Together Science Bus vertrok op 13 juli 2017 vanuit Amsterdam voor een maandenlange roadtrip door Europa. Ingepakt met gereedschap, experimenten en een flinke dosis nieuwsgierigheid, reden we van Engeland tot aan de Balkan om workshops te geven die wetenschap tastbaar en leuk maakten voor iedereen.

In het kader van #30JaarWaag en #CitizenScienceMonth blikken we terug op Making Sense, waarbij wij onderzochten hoe je op een laagdrempelige manier met (relatief) goedkope materialen sensoren kan maken die jouw leefomgeving meten.
Making Sense liet zien hoe open source-software, open-source hardware, digitale makerpraktijken en open ontwerp door lokale gemeenschappen kunnen worden gebruikt om de omgeving te meten en te analyseren.
