Christmas dinner done and eaten. Drove about a week's worth of food to the Cardaparents. They weren't happy that I cooked so much and drove it over.

That said, when unpacking the bag at in their kitchen, Cardamummy took the Christmas Pudding container, hugged it and said with a big smile, "*This* is my favourite!" Then she saw the brandy sauce and got a mischievous smile.

So happy I made the pudding :)

Well, a slight delay with Christmas lunch, because the turkey breast was still half frozen. All sorted and it’s now stuffed, rolled, trussed, and in the oven. Leftover stuffing (as if there’s such a thing is in a baking dish with turkey wings (my fave). Now, time for breakfast.
