英國政府昨日公布新的移民規例修改說明（Statement of Changes in the Immigration Rules），把部分移民路線的永居申請英語要求由CEFR B1提升至B2。不少在英港人社群隨即出現憂慮：BNO簽證申請永久居留，是否也要由B1提升至B2？
