Marley’s “Concrete Jungle” and “Slave Driver” were potent anthems of social justice and Rasta consciousness. Peter Tosh’s “400 Years” was a historical potboiler, followed by “Stop That Train,” an infectious statement of purpose. A definitive reggae classic.
