i found this tiny treasure in a toy store in stockholm
laying in a shelf next to hand puppets and sylvanian figures

i was so surprised and excited
i just took it – as if it was the most natural thing

i kept it hidden in my hand
outside i observed the little wrap carefully

what story hides behind it –
who made this package and left it there?
was i supposed to take it?
was it a reminder to kids and adults?:
„pssst - there is more than consumption
go out and loose yourself in the forest“

now it has dried
the chestnut is brown it has shrunken
rolling in the leave wrapper it makes a sizzling noise
