I love how Danes celebrate with cake (in this case, celebrating EU DSA Transparency Report completion, because we are nerds). I *especially* like the tradition of screaming when you cut the throat of the cake man (kagemand). Our screams were lame because there were only 4 or so of us, but I still love the tradition.
