I'm still marking postgrad essays, the emphasis being on 'essay'.

And while I'm trying to say positive things as well as making suggestions of what to work on for next time, what I really want to say to most of them is that they could not write their way out of a paper bag.

At least stop bunnyhopping from one dissociated thought to another like a rabbit on speed! Build an argument that goes somewhere, even if down the rabbit hole.

Too much reading of #MSM opinion pieces, I think is the problem.
