The above is obviously a very biting remark and not a joke at all.
The reality is, it is considered near impossible to have a contained such war and as such the #nuclearWinter that will befall the planet thereafter will likely do as much, if not more damage than the initial blasts.
Do keep in mind though that, unfortunately, they do have #bugOutLocations and the worst on this earth are likely ready and preparing to use them.
