What a delightfully weird little crime comedy. Beat Takeshi is clearly having the time of his life both behind the camera and in front of it in this film, which tells the same story twice in wildly different ways. Sure, this is slight and there isn't much more than what's on the page. But who cares when you get to see Takeshi with a little mouse nose saying "Squeak!" Obviously this isn't going to work for everyone, it's got some absurdist stuff going on and it takes a while to show its hand. But I had fun with it.

お遊び作品！北野武作品を2作くらいしか観たことないし、全然情報を入れずに観たのもあって、最初のパート、なんか不自然でわざとらしく、こんなもんなのか？と思った。次のパートがそんなもんじゃなかったので、まぁ『カメラを止めるな！』みたいなもんかな。かといってコントとしてめちゃめちゃ笑えるっていうのでもなかった。みんな楽しそうは楽しそう。
