Shell hoeft zijn uitstoot niet met 45 procent te verminderen in 2030. Dat percentage is onvoldoende onderbouwd, oordeelde het Gerechtshof in Den Haag dinsdag. Bovendien is onduidelijk of het een effectieve manier is om klimaatverandering tegen te gaan.
