Part of today has been spend preparing and fitting the aft seat top ready to be glued in place in the next couple of days. It will have an inspection port fitted, and then create a water tight bouyancy chamber.

Preparing to close up this chamber and fit the seat.
This is the rear of the boat, and this section will soon be covered over to make a seat and bouyancy chamber. One of the round white ports from the previous photo will provide inspection access, mostly to check it doesn't have water in it.

Picking throught the video footage is... interesting.
My partner is so going to tell me off when she sees me doing this alone... but she was being all cute and asleep and I didn't want to disturb her!
Some serious yak shaving in progress!
This is part of the #boatbuilding video I'm working on, hence the GoPro watching the #3dprinting .
Starting to get the #GoPro and video editing process worked out, here's a little teaser shot from #boatbuilding today.
I'm having to ao a fair bit of "get over it" about my appearance and such as there's just no way to look good rolling around under a boat with dust masks etc on!
:)
RAN sailing, one of the less bullshitty sailing channels on Youtube have been steadily working away on building a boat from scratch in an old barn in Sweden. Now they're getting to the interior fitout, so it's getting into #woodworking.
Doing a fine job by the looks of it ๐
