This is absolutely heartbreaking. A nursing home worker broke down in tears after finding the meal she prepared still untouched the next day. He hadn’t eaten not because he didn’t want to, but because he couldn’t feed himself, and no one was there to help. 💔🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹💔
