Add EBCDIC support to VSCode's Hexedit inspector
VSCode의 Hexedit 확장 기능에 EBCDIC 문자 인코딩 지원이 추가되었습니다. 이 기능은 바이너리 파일을 검사할 때 EBCDIC 인코딩을 함께 볼 수 있도록 데이터 인스펙터에 EBCDIC 라인을 추가하는 업데이트입니다. EBCDIC 지원은 이전에도 요청된 바 있으며, 특정 환경에서 중요한 기능으로 평가됩니다. 이번 업데이트는 EBCDIC 037 변환 테스트도 포함하여 기능의 정확성을 보장합니다.
