They start using terminally ill people as stuntmen in pictures.

You know what I think cruel is? Leaving your loved ones to die in some sterile hospital room surrounded by strangers.

Today reminds me that years ago, not long before he died, I saw Bill Hicks perform stand up at Faneuil Hall in Boston. He brought up Martin Luther King Jr., and said "I have a dream. [Blam!] I HAVE A HEAD WOUND!"
