Boom! Three days in a row with an hour on the tread. 6.5% incline at 3mph. It’s not a lot but enough to keep my heart at about 80% for most of that hour.

Tomorrow I start strength training with my personal trainer. Wish me luck, I think he is gunna kick my butt!
