Back on the Bus! 🚎
I have decided this year I will try to again take the bus from Parksville instead of driving the extra 20km to north Nanaimo.

My departure time from home (6:00-6:15) will be the same but it will mean I get home at 17:00 instead of 16:30.

I miss the added quiet time on the bus, especially in the morning. I used to blog @alberniweather a lot more and that was from the bus! It also cuts out the least fun/safe part of the drive. Oh, I have also resolved to never give money to Indigo Parking at VIU again. 😹

Note:
#bcwhy19 is closed between Qualicum and Courtenay due to construction.
#bchwy19A is closed with a detour due to an accident.
#bchwy4 remains closed due to #cameronlakefire there is a 4hr detour through Lake Cowichan but there was also an accident on that road as well.
Stay safe out there people.
Maybe we need some alternative modes of transport? @VIByRail (full disclosure, I run the VIByrail account :) choo choo! But seriously…)
