I had the opportunity to attend the The School Safety Town Hall hosted by #broward county public schools to discuss clear backpacks, school uniforms and metal detectors.
I was inspired by all of the community members that came out to speak, especially the students who spent a night of their summer vacation at the meeting to make their voices heard. This gives me hope for the future.
