The fights in the latest Battlebots Faceoffs were really good! Probably the best we've seen at Faceoffs so far, actually. Some really good driving battles, bit hits with lots of fire and one fight that was a real nail-biter.

It's a shame the production value is uh... uh. Not good. Like, I get that it's a live show first and foremost without the budget for TV production, but all the footage looks so bad. It genuinely looks worse than if someone just pointed a phone camera at them. Half the interviews only had audio in one channel! This episode didn't have a sponsor of any kind from what I can tell, so I guess whatever editor they had was doing it on the weakest of shoestring budgets and they weren't even getting paid to watch through the final cut once. Ep 5 actually had an ok edit, so this seems like a significant step back down.

I find it too much trying-to-be-dramatic and not nerdy-it-could-be-you-and-behind-the-scenes enough.
