I did not write #workout posts over the past weeks. I was traveling and since I got back from vacation my back has been stuck and bothering me a lot.
Yesterday I spend time with my PT to get movement back. Tomorrow I have my massage therapist put me back together.
Today we needed to get a new matras and found out the current one is too soft for me. I hope the new one will alleviate my #backissues.
I need to get back to the gym to build for Master @HairyHypnotist as I fucking love the gym.
I'm #SoOld that:
