Also the graphics are great.
But why are my Recovery and Target Exertion values are jumping like crazy during the day?
Prioritize Sleep HRV set ON
Ignore Mindfulness App HRV set ON
Enable Athlytic to save resting HR set ON
(Anyway, changing this doesnβt help.)
In the afternoon I just reached my target Exertion level. Now Iβm way over it.
It seems to me, that the ΓΈ sleep HRV value changes during the day.
