Giving the building geographical coordinates (as Elon calls them, #AssassinationCoordinates) in thousandths of an arc second means 30 mm precision, right? I.e worthless without specifying what geodesic datum is used. But presumably WGS84?(I wrote, as if I knew much about such things. But I know some basics.)
