I just moved from W10 to ZorinOS.
And very happy to be free of Microsoft [bullies], but I’m still getting used to it.

In order to be able to do my regular work I ask other users for advise / tips.

For now I’m looking for timers, or rather two types of them.

1)
is a timer that repeats itself until stopped for a preset number of minutes.
[ every two minutes a beep]

2)
is a timer more like a calendar with a snooze option]
[ a beep on a preset day[s] that if so wanted to be repeated after 9 min]
[ a beep every day on a specific time, and snooze]
And this one is very important for me to take my medicine in and on time, it will also help with my concentration on my work.

Can anyone give some good tips ?

Dr. Xavier Amador's LEAP method is useful is so many areas of life.

I'm using parts of it, as we speak, to help someone. A great part of it is listening, without judgment, and asking questions, like a journalist would.

When someone says that they're angry that people lied to them, you don't take any side. You ask how they were lied to.

When they reply that people said they have been put into an institution for their own good, you don't take any side. You ask whether they see benefits to their institutionalization.
