I've been using my laptop quite a bit the past few days, since I've been away from home where my desktop machine is.
I'm currently running CachyOS with Xfce on my laptop. I kinda want to try something a little different, but without systemd.
The options I'm looking at are:
And if I go with Artix Linux, the options I'm looking at are dinit or OpenRC. I kind of don't care for runit all that much. I mean it's a good init system, but I find it too bare bones for my preference. I've never used S6 so I don't have an opinion on it.
