Ordering one this week! We did a test once via some Canadian organization and they simply said, SAFE. But we have a 200 year old country home with a deepish basement, and lots of friends with much more airtight houses than us. Figure we can share the device around.

Ich war am Wochenende im Theater. Es war sehr schön. Diesmal hab ich daran gedacht, den Aranet CO2-Sensor nicht an der Garderobe abzugeben sondern in den Saal mitzunehmen.
Das Maximum zu Beginn der Vorstellung im Publikum waren 5.693 ppm. Der Wert war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts im Gebäude nie unter 2.800 ppm.
Das ist halt ein bisschen ungesund. Und auch schade, wenn sich das Publikum schlechter konzentrieren kann und immer wieder ein Gähnen unterdrücken muss.

After almost 2 years (711 days) the Varta batteries in my #Aranet CO2 Monitor died.
Not bad with extended Bluetooth range enabled for a year. I guess without the extended range battery life would be much much longer, but 2 years is good enough for me, at least I get data without gaps.
Bought my #Aranet 4 Home in February 2024. Battery is now at 4% 🤯
I enabled extended Bluetooth for the #HomeAssistant integration via #Shelly Plug Bluetooth Proxy or what it is called.
This little thing is so useful! Even my son notifies me about the red status now 😂
