PORTLAND — A federal court in Oregon dismissed a discrimination lawsuit filed by two members of the right-wing group Patriot Prayer after they brawled with the left-wing patrons of Cider Riot, a self-styled antifascist bar in Portland, in 2019. The Patriot Prayer members say they were unfairly investigated by police while the leftists were not, but the detectives they sued are immune, the false arrest claim is untimely and they did not adequately plead other claism.
