Separately, lawyers for #BricksAndMinifigs served #Patreon with a takedown notice for Ben’s Patreon page. Patreon is not a party to BAM’s lawsuit against Ben & others, so to his credit CEO Jack Conte took to YouTube to tell BAM to “stuff it. Armed officers of the #AmericanFork PD showed up at the AirBnB rental where Reckless Ben &co were staying, with a search warrant to look for “stolen merchandise including #LEGO,” which needless to say they didn’t find.

The new bodycam footage, courtesy of AFPD’s fuck-up, reveals that the host of that AirBnB was *friends* with an AFPD officer, who bragged about his friendship on camera following the armed raid! Utterly bizarre.

The #AmericanFork PD fucked up by accidentally uploading 50GB of unredacted bodycam footage to its Dropbox folder, which was deleted two hours later but not before someone downloaded it and put it on YouTube!

The unredacted footage reveals that the “victim” of Reckless Ben’s alleged “stalking,” along with the CEO of #BricksAndMinifigs, repeatedly and flagrantly lied to the police to have Ben and anyone associated with him trespassed and/or arrested.

The #AmericanFork PD is now embroiled in a corruption scandal connected to the #BricksAndMinifigs #LEGO situation.

The AFPD created its own YouTube channel to publish a media release responding to Reckless Ben’s investigation. In the space of a single video, the chief of police baselessly accused Ben of doxxing, doxxed the “victim’s” home address, and linked to a public Dropbox folder of theirs… that was found.
