Dear Friends of #Death,

This morning I was almost run over by a reversing unlicensed #hearse. Hope it was not a rascist driver as may have got this guy who was also crossing behind it.

Maybe he was a coroner.

In the UK anyone can set themself up as a '#Funeral Director'. They must be doing well the car is a Mercedes. The punk band I managed for a short while had a second hand hearse. Seem to remember it did 6-9 MPG

Maybe they were just looking for a bit of extra #Sunday business. Mowing down ye olde fogeys like me? Nah I am just being alarmist. Very well dressed driver white shirt black tie. They could have been a neo-punk band on their way to a gig rehearsal I suppose...

I am hoping for an uber funeral. Really must get my cardboard #coffin sorted. Somewhere to sleep during the day. Also need to contact the council about whether they collect and recycle #carcasses...

Our garden is quite small. Would vertical burial be acceptable to the council? I would probably need a death certificate. I wonder if they do one for the almost dead. A sort of pre-death certificate?

Just doing my bit for soil improvement.

Currently working on the 13-point Grateful Dead lightning bolt on the hearse. It's in the space area of the whole concept, so I'm going to try to style it like a gas nebula in texture, except with much more rigid boundaries. Maybe more like a portal then. But right now it's just yellow as fuck.

Progress on the hearse paint! Starting with the vinyl because it's way easier, but eventually the metal will get painted too.

(Spotty blue area in front will be redone, I ran out of blue paint)

“When #Stills saw the #Ontario licence plates, he turned around and pursued the #hearse, pulled up beside them and realized who they were. Shortly after, the whole crew pulled into a carpark and introduced themselves. Thus they became the band #BuffaloSpringfielden.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_P...

London is the capital and largest city of both England and the United Kingdom, with a population of 9.1 million people in 2024. Its wider metropolitan area is the largest in Western Europe, with a population of 15.1 million. London stands on the River Thames in southeast England, at the head of a 50-mile (80 km) tidal estuary down to the North Sea, and has been a major settlement for nearly 2,000 years. Its ancient core and financial centre, the City of London, was founded by the Romans as Londinium and has retained its medieval boundaries. The City of Westminster, to the west of the City of London, has been the centuries-long host of the national government and parliament. London grew rapidly in the 19th century, becoming the world's largest city at the time. Since the 19th century the name "London" has referred to the metropolis around the City of London, historically split between the counties of Middlesex, Essex, Surrey, Kent and Hertfordshire, which since 1965 has largely comprised the administrative area of Greater London, governed by 33 local authorities and the Greater London Authority.
