In a #Kafkaesque moment of quality frustration I morphed into #MitiGator the #MITM Prevention Alligator. As always, you can follow me and I'll follow you, to let you know when you accidentally toot a dodgy website.

OVER 2000 FOLLOWERS LOST: There may've been an organised #cyberAttack on the #deCloudflare service, "#altLink".
It recently underwent changes and needed a new instance to change its name to MitiGator. Why change instances? The previous instance, mamot.fr, had #closedRegistrations.
The new, chosen instance may have lured the service to gain follower data and/or destroy the service.
May be a case of #chooseYourInstanceWisely but we're investigating.
