Sometimes I am stupid. I wanted to install #adwgtk3 on #opensuse. There is no package.
Then I realized ... it is just a theme and can be installed in .local/share/themes
I prefer adw over adwaita, because I can set the accent color in gtk3 and gtk4 to my prefered #8eb33b
