Today I'm not really feeling like doing a #gratitudelist
So I decided to read about ingratitude lists, and then wrote a list of my own in my journal.
It felt validating to read the list I made, and be able to sit with parts of me that are not feeling well. I felt like I was really listening this time. Versus making myself feel better.
By sitting with how I am actually feeling, I was able to feel better.
