Merano, the hotel on via Castagni: reduced density halved

The property owners have expressed the intention to widen the road and to create a public park at their own expense, intended for the entire community. Zeller says she is satisfied with the use of only a portion of the volume: “The project will likely have to be submitted to the Architectural Culture Consultative Board.”
