At least 12 shot near festival in Toledo, Ohio, police searching for suspects
Two of the at least 12 wounded in a shooting near a Toledo festival were in critical condition Saturday, Deputy Police Chief Joe Heffernan said, adding it appeared at least two people were firing weapons and "probably shooting at each other."
