The 3rd talk at #WorldIADay was a panel on information architecture for accessibility.
My favorite story was from Sarah Barrett about user research for blind and low-vision .Net developers who depend on Microsoft Learn for their job and have trouble finding the information they need. Improve the IA of the site for this audience and that will make it better for everyone!
The second talk at #WorldIADay Seattle was about information architecture for ambient augmented reality. Sci-fi scenario that it’s important to make a set of principles to help users benefit from the future technology.
