Australia's unions are lobbying Parliament to lift minimum annual leave from four to five weeks, citing a hidden unpaid work burden on workers.

If your overtime is given to you in lieu, but you can't use your lieu leave - you're being exploited and overworked.

If your leave request is anything more than a formality - you're getting exploited.
