Thought about writing a whole thing on pregnancy in the World of Darkness, but if I focus on 5th Edition, it’s mostly going to be about Kindred, since Hunters and Garou don’t really have much in the way of special considerations regarding pregnancy, since they’re living and human, or close enough to human, in the case of the Garou.

Even then, beyond the vague mentions of thin-bloods being able to get pregnant, there’s not much of anything, unless you go looking in the Revised Storyteller’s Handbook, which briefly outlines possible outcomes to embracing someone who is pregnant, or the ghoul & revenant books, or Beckett’s Jyhad Diary, which has all the rules about dhampirs.
