The draft Additional Protocol to the #OviedoConvention violates human rights by allowing for the continued use of involuntary treatment and placement in psychiatry, which increases coercion, and is prohibited under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (#CRPD #UNCRPD).
