Did some more alien blood and general glow potion experiments today. All with a small dash of iridescent acrylic paint for a subtle shimmer.

As my current approach needs hours of attention repeatedly stirring and reheating (plus cleaning the empty space in each bottle with acetone when the resin has settled), these vials would not make for a profitable business. So it's just a fun little thing for me and my friends for now :)

Project "pink glow bottle", take three.
Added a bit of red and blue dye, green and aqua glow pigment, plus a tiny dash of pink glitter. I then left the resin cure to a jelly-goop consistency while stirring before pouring it into the bottle, in order to increase the chance of most pigment crystals staying suspended instead of sinking to the bottom.
Also made liberal use of a hair dryer as well as acetone (to clean the top/outside).

New glowy stuff!
Tiny drop-shaped vials with a resin mix of green and aqua glow pigment plus blue dye, in different amounts.

Two more vials outside the pixture, one of them with too little glow pigment but the very pale blue looking almost clear, so it's still pretty.

I had planned to do just three vials tonight, but it was too much resin despite the tiny amount I mixed.

Glowy stuff of the day: An experiment in reducing sediment and microbubbles, featuring reduced amounts of glow pigment, a warm water bath for the unmixed components, and heavy use of a heat gun.

Left one is pigment A, very fine powder; middle has a mix of A and B; rightmost one is pigment B, by the same vendor as the resin but not quite as fine as pigment A.
All green glow and blue dye.
