法新社12月3日引述菲律宾海岸警卫队表示，超过135艘中国民兵船只“分布”于菲律宾巴拉望岛（Palawan Island）以西约320公里处的圣灵礁（Whitsun Reef）附近海域，中方船只数量日趋增多的状况“令人震惊”。

The Philippines have a very strong position, based on a #UNCLOS decision in 2016. Time for Manila to move.
