I’ve seen so many birds today! Bluebirds, sandhill cranes, kestrels, red tails, pelicans, magpies, redwing black birds. But all you get is this western tanager pic cause they’re the only ones who I could photograph. #birding #naturephotography #montanawildlife #birds #westerntanagers

For years, I've seen pictures of #WesternTanagers while looking up other #birds, and thought it would be great to see one in person.

Yesterday was the day. One flew right by, then perched and danced around a bit for us. Near Sisters, OR, USA
