A friend is on #weirderearth which apparently blocks connections to #indiewebsocial (stated reason "Federates with bigoted & fascist instances " Sounds like they're overly protective?

So weirder.earth is defederating from mastodon social and I have multiple people I interact with there and here on .social.
I want there to be an easy work around for this, but I don't know what it is. I could start another account I guess, but I have zero brain energy right now. I miss the Twitter community I had. Feeling the loss acutely.
