Deadlifts!

Also got in some core and accessory work and made up some of the presses I skipped yesterday for #CrossFit

Decent week. Pretty good on main lifts. Meh on accessory work. Got in more CrossFit than usual but skipped rucks and runs. Better than nothing, but I can do better

Back at the ranch for the first weekend in probably a month so I'm looking forward to running around the woods a bit. Hope everyone else is headed to a spectacular weekend

Went to #CrossFit this morning

No rucking today - one of my buddies who works in the machinery of organ donation had this excuse for why she couldn't make it:

"Waiting for a donor to expire to determine if I can ruck or not"

"Donor died, going on perfusion machine, not able to ruck in the AM"

Obviously I'm sorry for the donor and their family, but that's one of the best excuses to skip a workout I've ever heard

Had a great time helping out at the A League of Their Own https://aleagueoftheirownchallenge.com/ #CrossFit competition at Mission CrossFit SA yesterday. This is the 13th time they've done it. I've probably been helping out for close to the last 10 and it is always a hell of a lot of fun. Really upbeat crowd and really well-run
