Also got in some core and accessory work and made up some of the presses I skipped yesterday for #CrossFit
Decent week. Pretty good on main lifts. Meh on accessory work. Got in more CrossFit than usual but skipped rucks and runs. Better than nothing, but I can do better
Back at the ranch for the first weekend in probably a month so I'm looking forward to running around the woods a bit. Hope everyone else is headed to a spectacular weekend
