As nature returns to human populated areas... I'm beginning to think my walks outside will always have bear spray on my hip...

Currently - coyotes, eagles, deer, plus tons of small mammals -- all regular in this zone. For several years, cougars pass through on way north, and black bears are moving further south in the Lower Peninsula...

I suspect wolves will find their way around, like the cougars did.

The U.P. has all of that, plus more.
