El Observatorio europeo de Código Abierto (OSOR) ha publicado un nuevo estudio con el análisis de 23 informes nacionales muestra que el código abierto gana terreno en la política digital europea
"Examples are the Law 40/2015 in Spain focusing on the role of open source in reuse and several regional initiatives, such as in the Basque region, during that period"
"This points to the emergence of a critical divide in how countries approach digitalisation. Some countries, such as Finland and Spain, seem to perform well in developing and disseminating open source projects, thereby promoting transparency and community participation in public digital services. In contrast, other countries exhibit high levels of service digitalisation without systematically embracing open source principles"

A l’occasion du mois européen de la cybersécurité, le cabinet de conseil Wavestone présente mardi 8 octobre 2019 les conclusions de son étude dédiée aux incidents rencontrés par les entreprises en la matière. Avec un constat : les pirates, dont la motivation première reste le gain financier, présentent peu de capacités techniques. Leurs attaques pourraient donc facilement être contrées, à condition d'être prises dans les temps.
