#Minneapolis #Ward8 I have been a socially productive human. Got my booster yesterday and sent in my mail-in ballot today. Who’d I pick for Ward 8? Soren Stevenson. Why? Well, I’ve met and talked to him and am impressed with his just plain showing up and giving a crap about this ward, something I haven’t seen from Andrea Jenkins for years now. If she wants to live downtown and work for Boy Mayor as an employee, then she should do that. We need someone who’s making an effort for us.

#Minneapolis I’ll be damned. #SorenStevenson just won the #Ward8 DFL nomination. Congrats to him and his team! Some thoughts: Andrea J has squandered a whole lot of our goodwill in the last few years and her office’s seeming indifference to ward residents and her saying frankly dumb shit like the “arsenic doesn’t kill people” speech has cost her quite a bit. We haven’t seen anything approaching her best in quite some time so I think it’s time for new leadership.
