#RoadSafety colleagues: In my ongoing quest to reduce #crash exposure for pedestrians at 2-stage crossings (with a median/pedestrian refuge), I'm in search of examples of 2-stage #pedestrian cossings that either:

* Do not require a second request for a #WalkSignal from the #RefugeIsland (one #BegButton controls both stages), or

* Immediately trigger a ped phase when a walk signal is triggered from the refuge island.
