Kelly GuimontI got a text message yesterday that my ballot has been mailed to me. I can fill it out at my leisure with all the information I want/need in front of me, I can pause to look up something if I'm unclear, and I can pop in in the mailbox when I'm done. I'll get another text when it's received and one more when it's counted.
