Some of the AVOW team, volunteers and the Mayor of Wrexham, on a sunny day in Queen's Square, celebrating Volunteer Day 2018!

How many people do you recognise? Tag away!

If your wondering 'Does AVOW Still Celebrate Volunteers', we do during our #VolunteersWeek Celebration. Why not nominate a volunteer for an award: http://tiny.cc/2026_avow_volunteer_award

Such is the weird algorithm that LinkedIn uses, that I only now seeing all the #volunteersweek posts...

As Volunteers' Week comes to an end, we'd like to take a moment to appreciate all our wonderful volunteers at Sophia Gardens, whose time, energy and heart make all the difference here at the Home of Welsh Cricket❤️

#VolunteersWeek

A heartfelt thanks to our army of matchday volunteers - Trent Bridge simply wouldn't be the same without you 💚💛

#VolunteersWeek

✨ As we come to the end of another #VolunteersWeek, we just wanted to say a massive thank you to all out local group volunteers! Without all your hard work, London would look very different (and not in a good way!) and for that we're incredibly grateful 👏

We have a new volunteer this month; Steph.
She specialises in software for laptops, tablets and phones.

#VolunteersWeek 2025 marks 12 years of saying thank you to our volunteers at Luton Foodbank for everything they do for the people of this town.

Here at Luton Foodbank, we're especially grateful to these unsung heroes, without whom our work would be impossible.

WE THANK YOU ALL!

Celebrating RNID Volunteers #VolunteersWeek

Dear Orkney News,  As we mark Volunteers’ Week (2–8 June 2025), I wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate the outstanding volunteers who contribute towards the work of RNID – the national charity supporting 18 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.  Every day, through our community activities across the UK, around 300 incredible RNID volunteers take part in a diverse range of activities.

It’s #OnePlaceWednesday in #VolunteersWeek so let’s thank all the volunteers – Committee members and those helping in other ways – who make the Society for #OnePlaceStudies a friendly, fun and supportive organisation, which offers so much for so little! 🙏🏻
