Was struck with the odd thought of stating up two Washington DC based blackmail villains with the code names/powers of "Live Boy" and "Dead Girl".

Maybe in V&V he has biokinetic powers as well as an animated servant zombie as 'Dead Girl'? or are they a team with witty, irconic banter. She's still clearly undead.

After seeing #vnv and now #assemblage23 I think I understand future pop. It's really about the vocals being very accessible and reachable in any voice so it's easy to learn the often emotional and sentimental lyrics and sing along. You don't have to get wrapped up in celebrity or vocal acrobatics to take part and feel close to the music

Jetzt wird´s chaotisch. Eigentlich wollten wir Erwachsenen heute Mittag für das WE nach #Hamburg aufbrechen.
Eben die Info, dass das #VNV Konzert am Samstagabend auf unbestimmt verschoben wurde, weil der Künstler erkrankt ist. - Na gut, machen wir halt was anderes... (Btw. alles Gute #Ronan!)
Dann jetzt gerade Mitteilung aus der Schule: Eins der Kinder wurde an der Hand verletzt, kommt jetzt nach Hause. Mal sehen, ob wir überhaupt noch fahren oder lieber in der BG-Ambulanz.

Tja, so ist das nun mit dem Deutschen Gesetzbuch:
Erst gewinnen, dann doch zahlen müssen.
Ist ja auch klar. In den leitenden gesetzgebenden Gremien sitzt ja auch kein Verteter des #DBB [Deutsche Mieterbund e.V.], sondern die komplette Riege von #H&G, #IVD, #VNV und deren #Lobbyisten.

Jim Shooter has passed away. It's hard to overstate how important he was to making Marvel Comics into the Marvel Comics of today - though you will doubtless find lots of people trying over the next few days - but I will chime in as perhaps the only person here who battled Jim Shooter as an NPC in an RPG.

It was the mid-late 80's, and the game was Villains & Vigilantes.

Just went to a VNV Nation concert in Utrecht. Sublime! Sick electronic music, harsh realities, and yet in the end real and unironic positivity.

Ronan Harris totally gets the audience there too. "Let there be... let there always be... neverending light" chanted by hundreds.

My wife and I took the 9yo, who loves the song Prophet. His first real concert! ❤️

And I danced like a maniac. Got a special thumbs up from the keyboard player at the end. 😂

@cliffle yeah, true. Couldn't say whether it was the case with this codebase on the whole. It was easily over 10M SLoC just in the lil' region of it I worked in. (Monorepo.)
