Vivid Memories is a pattern building game about collecting fragments of childhood memories weaving them together to match patterns.

The game has interesting, we'll-made components, some drafting and a middle phase that gives you plenty of choices to move things around before scoring.  Not as popular as games like Azul but this is an excellent option if that's your jam.

#VividMemories was a rather nice new appearance at #BoardGames night. One of my friend’s #UKGamesExpo acquisitions.

You draft the fragments and try to arrange them to match patterns on the memory tiles and make paths across the board. It’s a very thinky puzzle. My accidental strategy of not managing to score very much until the last round paid off.

Really nice artwork! The theme of childhood memories makes for some lovely images.
