Just finished cleaning a basket of #VintageLego #Modulex bricks. These smaller than regular #Lego bricks were intended for #architecture #ModelMaking in the early #1960s

Lego made the Modulex 1x1 brick in a perfect square ratio 1:1:1 and a rather cute 5mm height (around half the height of a regular Lego brick).

Numerous colours were available including earth and pastel tones. The product line was discontinued under Lego by 1965 but the format continued for some years under a separate company #History #NowYouKnow
